Cool game!
The unstable mechanics are pretty interesting and make the game quite unique! Although perhaps it starts a bit too hard. I also felt each room lasts for a bit too long maybe.
You didn’t list the music as a 3rd party asset, does that mean you did all those Touhou remixes during the JAM o.O?

Excellent job incorporating the theme in multiple ways. I think the enemies spawn a little to close to the player sometime but I really enjoyed the game overall.

All of the mechanics and gameplay are good, but it still needs some balancing and polishing.

The theme was well implemented for sure! my Gun seemed jammed sometimes, but I think its me ... I am just a bad shot lol, good music too :D
