Can confirm this is true on my end as well. Repeated the Kalysea fight over a dozen times back to back before advancing to the next wave.

So I made a workaround for this — if you keep walking against the fence, the game will slowly push you out over time. I’m not really sure how to fix it properly, feels like it’s a Unity thing. Let me know if you can't get out.

Try changing the unzip path and using 7-Zip. Maybe this will help

There should be a portal spawning in the city, but in Demo16 there isn't one, so the only way is to load a save. I also encountered this problem and reported it to the developer.
"Cheat" as I understand it is just the name of the very easy difficulty.
