Now this is a classic-ass classic shmup, very well done! The Genesis-style music was really cool and I loved the gamefeel, the fact it was all done with GMS2 is something I respect too cuz' it feels super polished as a shmup engine. As for the gameplay, the instability mechanic is definitely very quirky and brainy, maybe a little too much so for the average player, and the fact you can shoot both the beam and spreadshot at once kinda dampens it, but I found it very charming and hey it even tracks your high score mine didn't do that lol. Could've maybe used a bit more personality but it's a solid package. Good stuff!
