This is such a fab game! I love everything about it - the music, the art, the quests, the story! So wonderful! This is very impressive for a game jam!
Thank you for playing!
Chill little adventure ✨
Would have been nice to see the villagers giving the player gifts on the next day to thank him for all the work he has done. Something liked that would have matched the « butterfly effect » theme imo.
Otherwise well done ! 😊
Yeah, the main idea was that players arrives at a dirty/ruined farm, helps around the town and when he comes back, he sees the farm all fresh and fixed. Or something along those lines. Because there were no visuals to represent that, I guess the ending text wasn't enough to imply.
Thank you for playing!
Cozy and was working without any problems or bugs. Everything was clear to the player and I was guided just fine and the feedback was there like - great that you let player know you get all weeds cleaned or that you received ore etc. The text was hard to read though.
Loved the music that matched the vibe.
Thank you for playing!
Cozy and fun to play, as others mentioned, it was a bit hard to read, but otherwise it’s a good game :)
Thank you for playing. :)
a pretty decent game, nice story and good concept. can't help but compare both of our submissions because it's literally the same type of gameplay. I noticed yours had a lot of sprite layering errors like how some flowers are supposed to be under the player sprite but it's just over the player sprite, had the same issue on my game but I fixed it by tweaking the z value of my sprites. my story was longer but your game definitely has the better art especially the cover art. the font is a little harder to read but it wasn't really that big of a problem. a solid 7/10 adventure
Thank you for playing! Enjoyed yours too. And yeah, seems we should have spent a bit more time on the QoL stuff. I kind of knew these things were not the best, but when playing own game, developers kind of forget how it's going to be for others. :D
it's totally alright. it is a game jam game so quality of life features shouldn't get prioritize and it is understandable if your game doesn't have them. I just had a little ocd for my game and wanted to fix the sprite layering errors
Really nice cozy game, I liked the dialogs and enjoyed helping the villagers. Reading text was kind of hard for me though, I think another font would make it easier and faster to read. It would also be helpful to have a list of active and finished tasks visible.
Great job!
Thank you for playing!
A nice chill game!
It's a shame we can't see what's in the inventory, and the font is a bit hard to read — especially since it's such a central part of the game.
Some little icons and progression indicators would have been great.
We really enjoyed the Pokémon-like vibe and the cute "Montmartre-style" music!
Yeah, a quest tracker would have been nice. Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah i was searching for a good font to use but i couldnt find one that was okay (and free)
Thanks for the feedback :)
This was really cute! Good work!
Thank you!
Fun adventure :) Reminds me of the old Pokemon games!
Thank you!
