I like the water texture and the character has a cool design. The scales on the arm are a nice detail and the character's stare is unnerving, the viewer can only guess at her intentions. IMO, it would've helped sell the idea the character is floating in water if some of the beads on her necklace and some locks of hair were flowing outwards.
