I really like the colors, and the eyes are stylized in a cool way. My favorite part is definitely the water, i have literally 0 clue how you did that! Good job!
Lost in the eyes :) Feels like a layered collage of textured paper cutouts. Why are some of the colored beads outlined?
I liked the color palette and the eyes of your character! The water effect was a nice addition!
I like the water texture and the character has a cool design. The scales on the arm are a nice detail and the character's stare is unnerving, the viewer can only guess at her intentions. IMO, it would've helped sell the idea the character is floating in water if some of the beads on her necklace and some locks of hair were flowing outwards.
