I loved the art and i really like the concept of being death's intern!
Some things that i think that could help improve the game is working on the spawn of zombies. After entering the first room of the hospital, i enden up exiting the room by mistake and when i went back, there were no zombies.
Fixing that would give the game a lot more of play time!
