So I fixed the issue, for anyone that has this same issue, I think the problem comes from the packages being consolidated into one. Like I ordered parts after every stream, hoping one of those orders would have the BDH magazine, but since they'd be placed not so far away, they'd automatically get consolidated. I think this consolidation somehow eliminated the magazine, so if anyone has similar problems, first wait for a package to come before ordering another one.

- Go for a walk between 02:00–02:59 AM (alone)
- Meet BigDaddyHurt
- You can now throw away Bot Parts safely with no consequences

Once you decline, you can't rejoin. You pretty much skipped the story.
Are there any consequences from declining?:
Right now, there seems to be none.
