I like the pixel art, especially the bag. It felt a bit punishing when I think I only dropped one box I still got the "too low" loosing message. SFX and music would've improved it a lot, but other than that, well done!
Also with the theme being "A special box" it would've been cool having like one golden box that is "worth more" in some way, maybe if you drop it you loose immediately or that you get a bonus when you pick it up.

The visuals are amazing.
With some polishing(like visual effects and audio) the feedback from the game itself will be more satisfying---however, the game has a simple and great gameplay loop!
Also I read the game page, the process of designing does not count in the 3 hours---only the time spent in the actual game will count :D (Just a heads up for future Trijams)
Great job!
Thank you!
I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the core gameplay.
As my first time doing this, it means a lot that it resonated with people, it definitely makes me want to create more.
I also had a lot of fun playing your game and it had such amazing polish !
And thanks for the trijam tip, we’ll keep that in mind for the next one !
Cute game! I think it'd benefit from having a score indicator as I'd forget how many boxes I collected. Good use of the theme.
Fun little game. It'd be a great idea to add an "arcade mode" where you try to break new scores. I liked it.
Could use some audio! I did enjoy the gameplay loop!
If you have some time to spare, I would love it if you could take a look at my submission as well! It also contains a short but replayable gameplay loop!
Thank you for the review!
We had a lot of fun working on our first Trijam, even though we quickly went out of scope (and ran out of time!)
It was also my first time making pixel art, and I really enjoyed it. I may have spent a bit too much time on the art side, which left less time for implementing the game logic.
We're planning to keep working on it and add more features like sound design and more variation to the game in the coming days !
