2 seconds into the game, I opened the pause menu, and the animations made me realize this is no ordinary jam game. The controls are smooth. The graphics may look retro3D but the art style is very coherent and it does an excellent job at painting the atmosphere – maybe a bit too well. The eerie atmosphere reminds of stanley parable and severance. I didn’t experience any jump scare (does the librarian count?) and I knew there probably wouldn’t be any, but the game made me scared every single second I played. I hope I can finish this game to understand fully how it incorporates the theme, but I don’t have the courage. Overall, from my experience so far, it is a very polished game with a lot of content. Good job! If the game is on steam one day, let us know :)
