Pretty decent VN. To be honest, my favorite part of this VN was the protagonist. I feel like, ordinarily, the knight would be the LI and Charles the charming protagonist that tries to melt his hard exterior. But, regardless of their character status, faceless knight characters are always sexy and fascinating. I did feel like it was a bit disappointingly quick for Einar to warm up, though. It seemed uncharacteristically irresponsible of him to leave his post to take up fishing with Charles. And it's quite odd that someone trained to spot the rebellion wouldn't recognize the rebellion's badge. And Charles never actually explained any of his past or why he joined the rebellion, come to think of it. The writing also could have used some work, with frequent typos and grammar errors, but ultimately it's still a cozy romance story, with a satisfying twist and resolution toward the end. To be honest, I liked it a lot despite all the plot holes I've brought up.
