Sorry to give you one sad reply which is, we are probably not going to have humanoid enemies. However I still think things could be derived from your ideas. Specially regarding boss 3.
Maybe Wharf Roach G could spawn Wharf Roaches and other bosses could follow a similar path.
Boog and the haunted boss would give incredible easter eggs :P
