Hello guys!
It's been a few months since I released my game on Itch, but it hasn't been indexed yet. I’ve reviewed the FAQ and double-checked all visibility settings. Everything appears to be in order. The game is receiving traffic from various external sources, also got sales, but it still hasn’t been indexed, even though it's been months since its release.
I submitted a support ticket (ID 284020) last week and have only received the automated reply. I followed up via email, but haven’t received any further response.
What is the next step from this point? Please help...
