Yeah, making an actual game, even a proof concept demo in a "proper" game engine like Godot takes a a lot of effort and time.

I've followed through a couple of the GDQuest game coding/making tutorials, but never continued trying to actually apply what I learned from that to something thats not just following a guide basically 😅  probably should learn the basics of programming first, so learn to walk before running 😁.

I've done the yearly Global Game Jam as a duo with a friend who works as a programmer for a few years now, and it's always fun to see how much stuff an actual programmer can get done in just 2 days, when I would probably only have a character controller done probably 😂
