Game Description
Purge endles waves of enemies that are only vulnerable in light!
How does your game tie into the theme?
You are in an abyss, its totally dark; enemies are kinda unseen. And mechanically, enemies need to be "seen" by your light to be damaged.

Cool idea but like some others, I really struggled with the controls and figuring out what to do. I could place one light but never figured out how to refill it so only made it the second wave. Since it’s so dark so quick, I just kept dying. Still, nice atmosphere.
That was fun, nice idea and vibe! The fading light makes you desperate pretty quickly which brings some tension.
fun wave based game controls were a bit difficult to use and learn however still enjoyed it.
Nice idea, but a bit too complex and unintuitive controls.
needs a lot more polish and better player communication. but for a base demo it's amazing and could go far if you decide to keep working on it. also amazing sound design.
I dig the vibe of the game. I also found the controls a little clunky but it is a neat concept.
I don't remember the wave I got to but it had like 100+ enemies. I think it's a cool idea to only hurt enemies in the light and I had fun with it. The controls were a bit too complex for me though, it was sometimes hard to press all the required keys.
the game is a bit too complicated, and the web build didn't exactly work for me, but i like the vibe of the game, good job
Hi there, cool game. The web build didn't really work for me, but that could be a problem on my end. Dropping lights by holding alt and clicking the mouse is a bit clunky. It might have been better if you can drop a light with a single button press like you do with the dash. I like the model and music you're using. Congrats on finishing.
Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed it :)
I totally agree about the controls. Truth is I was gonna make something like in Project Zomboid, where you hold right click and press left click to shoot. But I changed my mind on the way, and didn't want to cut out holding right click thing, because it moves the camera, and I really wanted to keep that.
Only days later, I realized I could simply make the camera do that dynamic thing without the need of holding right click :D That way you could fire (Left MB) push (Middle MB) and put light(Right MB) with single buttons.
Soo, I should focus on keeping especially controls simple ehehe
Interesting spin on "survivors"/wave-based survival. I like how you integrated the theme. I really wished for simpler controls - the combination of various mouse keys and modifiers felt awkward and limits accessibility. Overall, nice game - good job!
I totally agree. Thanks for the review, and thanks for playing!
Looks cool, but the controls were a bit confusing. Still made it to wave 4 somehow!
Unfortunately my browser crashed when I was running it, it looks like a decent game tho! (I wont leave a review as I don't think its fair)
Even an attempt to try it is welcome :3 thankss!
Took a second to understand the controls but once I did I was able to get pretty far! Pretty awesome concept!
Interesting concept, it was hard to understand at first and I kept forgetting the controls lol, but once I did it was really fun!
Thanks for playing!
This game really needs a tutorial section, but I didn't have time to put one, sadly.
