Fun game, enemy AI is nice, the 'melee' skeletons approaching, throwing, and then running away, especially. I particularly liked when I could get a charging goblin to pin them in place, opened up some tactical opportunities. Good idea to have the melee character have more health, since he can be quite difficult to move into range without taking retaliation damage.
I had an issue where the stages would refuse to complete after I had killed everyone. I was unable to track this down to any single cause. The targeting indicator on the melee guy was interesting, I'm not sure, but it felt like the damage occurred only if they were in targeting range when the swing triggered, rather than when you pressed the attack button? Not sure, may have just been the lack of any health indicators.
Everything had a consistently dark mood, which suited the sacrificial theme involved in switching characters. Very good tone all around.
