Such a fun idea! We made something similar a while ago for Godot Wild, where you play a celebrity walking through town, dodging nosy fans. The simple graphics made me think this was a simple game. But the difficulty progression is considerably tight, and the music was fun to listen to. Keep up the good work.

Simple, but pretty fun and original in terms of theming!

Developer

Thank you! Was one of the first things I could think of that I didn't think many other people would go for, I'm happy you like the theme!

I’m going to be honest, the initial presentation of the game made me think this was going to be an easy game, and the first level or two was hammering that impression home… but I was wrong. These levels were quite challenging (even with the “blue” bug I apparently had that made the levels “easier”). I really enjoyed the challenge here!

My only real critique would be making the “hints” for game systems either stay on screen until the player clicks a continue button (I had trouble reading some of the hints as they almost seemed to just blink on screen and then they were gone), or give the player a button which pops up the last hint at any point.

Over all, for a game done in only three days, this is rather impressive, even with the bugs!! Excellent work!

Here’s a link to my stream of this game!

Was very fun to watch you play it live, thank you so much! I'll be looking into the blue bug possibly after this jam ends to make a (hopefully), bug-free version of the game, and in there I'll definitely add in the need to click away the hints for each level, especially since they explain basically all the mechanics and some people may not even be seeing them!

cool puzzle game! some parts are very hard, but in a way i enjoyed very much, well done! keep up the good work! :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much! Tried to make it challenging and not too hard so I'm glad you enjoyed the difficulty!

A cool puzzle game with gradually increasing difficulty! It would be nice if I was able to partially see the strangers while looking down (while still not being able to see their field of vision of course).

Developer

Ah yes probably a better idea than what I have going! Currently the idea was to make players have to time whenever they look back up to make add in some extra challenge, but if I just added in that little bit of vision for strangers, it probably would of been a much nicer mechanic to use. Thanks for the feedback!

Nice game. Simple but well thought out.

Developer

Would of tried to add more if I started the jam earlier, but I'm happy you enjoyed the small amount I managed to make!

Hey, nice game! Really liked the art style hahah, drawings have an attached charm to it.
The sounds are on point too! I think we could have a little bit of less levels here, but, overall, GJ!

Developer

Oh thank you! I feel like the art is the least interesting part of the game but happy you like it! And about the levels, I was trying to make sure it was a gradual increase instead of big jumps, so there's a few easier "tutorial" levels in here for new mechanics that bolster out the level count and maybe could of been implemented better, but idk lol. Thanks for the kind words and thanks for playing!

Gradual difficulty increase, interesting puzzle game, only thing I didn't like is the one where you have to guess which path is the right one.

Developer

Ah yes, thought it'd be interesting to give people something to remember if they wanna retry to get the S rank, but ended up not making the S ranks matter as much as they could of. Plus, a tell would of been a good idea to make it more fair! Thanks for playing regardless!

easy game, and good, i like it, only i think that you failed to insert the Report Card is strange that he count the time of the other deaths. ithink is better give point in based on only the number of deaths not the time

Developer

True actually, just taking the deaths into account would make sense but I wanted to make sure that if people slow down in places that they technically don't need to, then they wouldn't be able to get the highest rank. But in the end I don't think any of the levels currently in the game would even be beatable if you slowed down in places you don't need to! Regardless, thank you for playing!

neat game! got pretty tricky near the end, but it was a good challenge :D

Developer

Thank you! Had to make sure I didn't make it too hard, quite a few times I had to tone it back so it wouldn't be instant reactions!

I have to improve my reflex skills, nice game !

Developer

Thank you for playing! Hope it wasn't too much of a difficulty jump as game progressed!
