Great art and atmosphere! The mechanics were easy to figure out and the puzzles were interesting.

Thanks!

Very nice, it fit the theme well and there's a good variety of puzzles. Switching between both "modes" feels great, I love the sound, animation and the dezoom. And the ending is great :)

Developer

Thank you!

Very cool puzzle game ! The game play is very intuitive and no need long explaination text to give us the mechanics, all was done by thoughtful level design, very well done. On top of that it has a satisfying end, you manage what we didn't, make it short enough for a game jam xD

I feel some level could have been using more combination of the unseen power. But it's already very good. I also really liked the graphics and the music. The aesthetic is well polished.

Great job!

Developer

Thank you I'm honored! ahah

I had a lot of fun playing this! I wish that I could have walked a little faster, but other than that I have no complaints. I managed to beat the game despite getting stuck in the same place as ApeHardware did. The first time my cart went completely off the rails (screenshot). The second time it got stuck on the button. Only after the third time did it finally go south like it was supposed to. Anyway, I think you should keep going with this one and release it to mobile or steam. 😊

Developer

Thank you!

I think I know why it's behaving this way, but I never managed to break it like that during my playtests. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

I'm glad you had fun despite it!

Such clean visuals, it looks great. A really solid game, I wish I'd done as many levels as you managed to fit in here. A nice surprise ending as well. Well done.

Developer

Thanks!

Wow the art looked good! I feel like it could easily be expanded on and the mechanics were pretty nice. The only things I would change are the speed of the player while in the eye mode (he can still be slower but maybe not that slow) and adding music. Apart from that, this is one of the better games I found in the jam!

Developer

I hesitated on that one. Slowing the player down doesn't really have any utility; I just wanted the eye mode to be a bit more impactful. But on second glance, I should have just scrapped this change. Players shouldn't be penalized for using a mechanic I want them to use, after all.

Anyway, thank you for your feedback! I'm honored you think so highly of my game! :D

Penazlizing kinda makes sense too, since, especially at the beginning, there's no point in being in the other form. It just gets annoying when your supposed to move while being in the eye form (or too lazy to switch back). Also didn't help that I didn't realize that the character would be faster otherwise haha

I love the whole aestetic and vibe you were going for here, feels like a really polished game, that i'd be able to find on the market

Developer

Oh, you think so? I'm not quite sure if it's the quality I would want to release, but I'm glad you think that.

Thank you!

There's some excellent visuals here, you've also gotten a surprising amount of levels out of one simple mechanic. If I had one note , it'd be that the game could have done with some background music just to make the world feel a bit livelier. Also, binding the restart to a key instead of putting it in the menu might have made getting stuck on a room feel less frustrating. I love that opening cutscene. Overall, great game.

Developer(+1)

Yeah you're right. I don't know why I didn't think of binding the restart to the R key for example.

Thank you for your feedbacks! I'm glad you liked it!

clean and easy to understand game mechanics. I managed to beat the game :D and the endscene with the background and title was really cool.

Developer

Yeah I put a lot of effort into it! Thank you!

The gameplay implements the theme nicely, plus the audio and graphics help sell a "desolate high-tech factory" vibe, but I ran on a level that seems impossible:

When you use the "conveyor belt" to the left, the box won't move if it touches the downwards conveyor's button, and putting it right to the button results in it not fitting in the conveyor and getting stuck.

Developer

Thank you for your feedback, I'll look into it!

Did you manage to go through the game yet?
