1. The scenario you were playing.
2. The hero you were using.
3. The output from the console (marvel-lcg.exe).
4. The log from your browser’s console:
   • To access it, press F12 and check for any red error messages.
5. Does the issue still exist after trying “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”?
6. Does the issue still exist after using another browser?
