Thanks for playing! I'm pretty sure that the mutagen bug is an UI thing, I'll fix it as soon as I can.
The first "level" already feels a bit hard i'd say, since those headless chicken creatures soaked up my ammo and there was way too many dudes with shields
There's 4 hidden guns in level 1, if you missed the grenade launcher and the shotgun in particular I can see the level being too hard.
going forward I'm make sure not to hide the basic arsenal.
