That was a fun and challenging game! I ended up getting 11770 as my high score but by the end, I was barely holding on haha! I liked the idea and it's a very unique take on the typing genre. I like how you have to balance the typing and the clicking, it makes it more challenging as usually typing games can be pretty easy. Great work on your first game jam!

Enjoyable little game! Felt a bit weird trying to type with one hand and the other on the keyboard but overall not a bad experience. And I like the retro music :)

Hello, thanks for the comment but there are multiple types I bugs as the game progresses.
I like the concept, I think some sort of difficulty curving to keep it engaging the entire time would be really fun :D (or different movement of the bugs, I think that'd be really fun). Other than that, I love the concept!
The concept is really cool, and it's nice visually with good sfx. The gameplay is okay, although I would have liked a little more variety with the typing - maybe typing full lines instead of a letter at a time. Overall, nice job and congrats on completing your first jam!

Very cool game! I couldn't stand against the bugs that appear after the cockroaches. It's engaging the alternance between the keyboard and the battle against the bugs. Congrats!
Man, this game was absolutely fun. I found myself trying to beat my record(the highest I got was 11,530) lol

I like the idea although some of the text I got a little mixed up on and was hammering the wrong keys lol, like U vs V and I thought O was 0 at some points lol, but otherwise awesome game!
Interesting idea, but pretty easy and the cooldown for new letters is a bit long
Very catchy theme and immersive sound effects. The game idea is great, I wish there was more minipuzzles(was staring at the screen on the left the whole time waiting for something to pop up) Fun experience overall
Wow, a perfectly accurate game depicting what my coding sessions are like! How did you do that? I love a good arcadey game, and this one has a nice, fast paced gameplay loop, even if it gets hard. The music and pixel art are perfect for this kind of game, you made some good choices there. Great entry! Really fun!
