The game looks amazing and the game is very polished

looks cool and I like that the game is based around chess, however It doesn't feel like my decisions matter. as each game is independent. i.e. the first 2 decisions does not effect how the kid plays the third match. It also isn't clear what the kid learned from finishing the last match that made the difference between winning the tournament and not. If you improved the user experience to make it feel like decisions matter, It could be quite fun which could be as simple as having an option to see the tournament matches.

Wow I loved the presentation. The music and graphics were great which is important in a storytelling game like this. Loved the writing and how you could tell little nuisances about the family just from a couple lines (like the brother as a subplot was interesting). I played through a few times so I'm not sure if I got all the endings but it was fun to see how differently things played out.

I only know the basics of chess but it was interesting seeing a match play out like that! I like the simple choices we get to make instead of having to do any actual movements too :>

I really liked the story telling through chess and watching the game play out in real time was a very satisfying feeling. While I don't understand chess all too well, the story still comes across very clear. The visuals and music work very well together and I cannot find a single thing wrong with the game. I found three endings, perhaps it might have been nice to have an ending counter or the like to encourage people to experience all of it. Great work team!

A CHESS GAME! I love how even when not shown, the tactics and possessions are accurate to real life. I love the art style, the game play could be more engaging and telling of how you are doing on a first play through. Still very interesting. Good Job!!!

Really enjoyed watching it unfold. Thank you

I really loved the presentation of the chess board and the movement of the pieces, as well as the dialogue choices. However, I felt like the story ended without a more compete resolution and the last chess match lasted a little longer than expected without additional dialogue. Overall I think the idea was solid but I think it would have benefitted from more player interaction with the board.

Art wise, I liked this one a lot!  But gameplay wise, while i did like having two choices and I have to decide which one will be better, it wasn't very captivating, especially since it's mainly dialogue (my first game was also dialogue-based).  Congrats on what you've managed to create though!
