I think I'm the same. Never diagnosed with adhd, but I have those days where I cannot focus on anything or, like you said, hyperfocus on something not that important Haha.
I have an autism diagnosis, and autism and ADHD are so similar you can sometimes even have one but get diagnosed with the other (as almost happened to my little brother).
