Great game! Very fun and creative and really nothing to complain about. The final score of my first play through was 1293

Amazing game! I liked the art, it really reminds me of Game Boy games, and I had a lot of fun playing it.

Wario Ware with roguelike mechanics and video game references. I would play this on a gameboy.

Making minigames for a game jam is pretty ambitious but you have managed to not only do but do it with great presentation and with a great integration with the theme.

Very cool game, although I suck at it lol. Loving the gameboy aesthetic! Let's just hope you don't get copyright claimed haha...

If you want to try my game out, that would be great!

This game was really fun and creative. I loved the retro art style and all the references. You should definitely continue the development. Great Job!

I really liked this it's the most packed game I've seen in this jam sprites are really good

Really inspired take on the theme! I won't spoil it, but the owl one was really funny.  As someone else mentioned though, there is a bug with the half life minigame where the can gets stuck on the one side, but that's a minor nitpick.

Edit: yay!

Thank you for your kind feedback and good job on the new Highscore! 🤩

I like the references to many of the most defining video games out there. I can easily see this game being set up as an endless arcade-like game.

wow that's absolutely neat! what a great game, i enjoyed it so much! good job guys, this is for sure one of my fav of the jam!

Really fun and creative game, I love the art style and colors:)
I think I found a small bug in the can throwing game, where the can would sometimes be stuck on the right side and be not moveable anymore.

Worth playing just for the references. Would like to see more games added. Sitting on the cart at the beginning of skyrim maybe? haha

THIS GAME IS REALLY UNDERRATED!

Stunning GBA graphics and all those references to those great games. My favourite minigame was skipping the tutorial. My scores weren't very good tho, only reached like 400.

I really liked the graphics, sound effects, and music. The overall polish of the game is so good.

I would like to play it big, but I understand upscaling to uneven resolutions kind of breaks the magic.

Thank you for this great game <3

A really nice love letter to classic games with a charming art style!

One of my favorite games yet, loved the references and gameplay, but I did struggle with some of the minigames.

This goes into my list of game jams game I like a lot. It was a little hard for me to understand the “stay in the zone” minigame, but once I figured out that I controlled the arrow and not the big green block I understood it and cleared it with ease. The tutorial you have to click through was definitely fun to read the first time and then spam-[space] through the second time XD

Very inspired take of "Just get started" I quite like it

The different references and how they were applied for the minigames was fantastic. The use of pixel-art in the style of Game Boy games and how with such a minimal pallete all the sprites are recognizable and filled with detail is really impressive. What an excelent and fun game

I love the references and the gameplay was smooth. Also the cat is very cute!

Love it!! A minigame rouge-like is a fun idea, I'd love to see this expanded on!

Thanks, that's great to hear! We already have some Ideas for possible additions :)
