I like the idea of consuming cards to gain health. This game would really benefit from a tutorial / in-game tips, though - it was a bit confusing at first.

Once I got the grasp of it, I really got stucked playing. Very fun and easy to play. Loved the sfx and I think music could loop seemlesly. I 'll defientely try and reach further in this game. Nice work!

Very simple gameplay, great visuals and cool concept!

Fantastic project! I love deckbuilders, so this was right up my alley. I wish there was more tutorial, I was pretty confused with the whole ‘consuming cards’ to regain health bit, but I was pretty hellbent on seeing all those awesome wacky creature designs. Overall, great job!

Omigosh, another game with "Munch" in the title? Jokes aside I really enjoyed this entry! Deck-building roguelikes are one of my favourite genres so I thoroughly enjoyed playing this entry. I like the tradeoff of having to have short-term gains (gain health) at the expense of the long-term (you have a worse card in your deck, though I expected the whole card would disappear). Great job!

Awesome art style and I loved the munching sound hahaha. Super interesting concept too.
I'd love to have some kind of a tutorial tho, but, besides that, great job :)

Cool game. Loved the grotesque art style. I think the game would of benefited allot from a mini tutorial. Good job.

Very cool--love the art and animations. Ditto the comments about not being able to use the last card on the enemies.

love the artstyle

Hard! But cool, first time around I didn't realize half cards go straight back to the pile haha. Love deckbuilders so naturally I enjoyed this one. Great atmosphere and take on the theme.

Interesting! I'm not sure that the card consuming is worth it. You get some health but permanently make cards weaker. Seems like a tradeoff I would avoid at all costs. Should add a little juice when you hover over a card. Overall pretty nice entry, the simplicity is perfect for a game jam!

Liked the game, would have liked a instruction screen too.

I liked the weird art style of monster being like mouths with teeths!

Not sure if it's a bug but for some reason, i can't use the last card on the enemies, making me have to consume the card and pass the turn

Pretty good however would have liked an instruction screen, I was a bit lost
