Wow this being your first game is insane, I only got to 20% something but that¨s just a skill issue ig haha. At first I didn't get what was going on but then I got it, it was a bit hard t ocontrol and felt inconsisten sometimes but maybe I just didn't figure out how to control the catterpillar properly so I can't say much. All the graphics and sounde effects feell like they belong together which is really good, it's a unique visuual style too. I personally would have liked checkpoints but if the game is meant to be punishing then that's just how it's meant to be. Really good game and it being your first just makes it even better.

I am glad that you enjoyed the mechanics, the caterpillar is tough to control, will definitely do my best to make controlling the caterpillar feel better, and yes I am also considering a adding some sort of checkpoint system!
