The switch between 2D and 3D is SO COOL! I loved this switching mechanic, it made up for a lot of the anger the spikes has given me lol! Great work, really liked it! (Gonna keep playing bc I didn't reach the end yet!)
Thanks for playing!
Yeah the spikes/player hitbox are a bit rough, i'll get them fixed post jam
The switch from 2D to 3D and then again to 3D caught me of guard and I like that because is really interesting to see game switch mechanics and/or artstyles even when is not that common because it basically takes double the effort so I really respect that detail. The gravity switching was quite fun but in this radicates two of my main issues. The hitboxes are unforgiving. I died from the foot pixel touching a spike more than once or twice and the game feels a bit slow specially in 3D when the premise says that something important and dangerous is going on. Overall, good, the game looks good and because you are working with two different dimmension in one game I see that you had to pull off double the effort to make it so I respect that.
I really like the switching between 2D and 3D, and the platforming mechanics are very fun :D I do wish there was more of the hijacking (also ominous a** ending) and more gameplay, but other than that very fun! I really like how it looks and I liked the story.
Really cool transition, very nice visuals also nice rendering.
Just to verify, what happens at the end?
Transitioning between 2d and 3d is a really cool idea! I wish the beginning wasn't as brutal. This game could definitely become something really awesome if you add more and polish it!
Hiya! I really like the art style and the swapping from 3D to 2D was really cool! I do wish there was a little more to explore, and also those spike hitboxes were a little rough at times lol, but overall a really cool concept for a game! I want to see where it goes from here! Does the ship finish getting repaired? What's the foreign lifeform? Why are there two of me in 2D? and so many other cool things to explore and expand upon! Great job!
I really like the concept, going from 3d exploration to 2d platforming challenge is really really cool!
The art and visual design are really nice, but as other have pointed out, the characters hitbox is a little unforgiving, I think the positioning of the characters legs can muddy the clarity of where the players collision actually is. A bit more polish and this game could be something special :]
nice game like the the 3d and 2d in the same game is crazy like I have never seen that before if ur interested check out mine I'd honestly love to see feedback from you
i love the art of the icon and also the combination of 3D and 2D in the same game
game felt too difficult at the beggining because i didnt know that the girl with green hair could go upside down, maybe a short tutorial would be good
overall nice game!!
great concept and great ambitions that unfortunaly couldnt be not even nearly given justice in this amount of time. Still the linear adventure puzzle games about fixing a ship that changes between 2D and 3D is something that I really could go for right now and although deeply frustrating hitboxes and being this short is a bumer this is a great entry
Good visuals and an intersting idea however spikes were way too close and the character's hitbox is big and cant skip dialoges. Nonetheless good job!
Really good art! Though i can't figure out what to do in the first level! The character hitbox is way too big too!
I had fun while playing, but it felt a little short, also those hitboxes sure are unforgiving.
Other than that, i enjoyed it and mostly the ambient, it also got me intrigued into the story
I liked the space ship exterior, code background and music. The un-skippable dialog was a bit tedious and the hitbox/ spike spacing was a bit unforgiving.
