I really liked your game! If if could give some feedback, I think the design of your "walls" doesn't indicate that you can pass through them. There are many snake implementations and in many of them if you hit a wall you die. Because the edges of the walls are different color, i thought that I would die if I run into them 😅. 

Still, I really like your implementation of the theme as well as the art style!

Oooo I really the fact that the tail cuts off. The fact that the decayed parts don't exactly disappear (at least the total amount of them never goes down) is also really cool. Things get claustrophobic really fast.

Putting an indirect time constraint on snake to force fast decision making is a good idea, as is having hitting the tail "cut" rather than be an instant game over. The hazards do a good job of getting you to the more engaging part of snake quickly.

You can’t go wrong with Snake and this version brings its own unique flavor! The decay mechanic adds a nice bit of tension, and the visual style fits perfectly. Great job capturing that classic arcade feel while still making it your own. Really fun to play!

Very cool mix of the classic snake game and the jam's theme! I really enjoyed playing it and had some "Oh, that's cool" moments

Simple but very cute! This is a fun twist on the original snake concept - a little more forgiving and it also adds an entertaining sense of dread watching your own tail decay…LMAO

Very cool spin on snake. I like that besides dodging my tail I have to dodge other obstacles to get to the food
