Great hooks and a cohesive, Dark Souls-y vibe.

For some reason, brings to mind Margaret Cavendish's Blazing World with the cover,  ice theme, etc.  Thumbs up to the descriptions under the "how did they get there" section.  I like how you took it to frost & cold without that being assumed in the prompt.  I also have a weakness for innocent hand-drawn maps and vintage art.

The factional interplay is really well done, though I do wish The One Below portion had been given a little more info or opportunity for interaction. If you do end up expanding upon this, I would love to check it out once again. Great job!

Okay loving all the different parties at play here (the knights, the princess, the One Below), there are so many different ways a party cold approach this. Design it also super fun, I love that it looks like an old pulp novel, down to the sale sticker and the description on the back cover.
