Amazing layout and flavor. Reminds me of morkborg a little, which i love!!!

Sets the random table with a sophisticated & sinister atmosphere.

Lots of possibilities, despite having a specific direction to the tower and eventually to Vanoc. Beautiful layout and art, very evocative.

Gorgeous layout & art direction here! Each table is fun & flavorful, without getting too specific. I enjoyed Vanoc’s personal history at the end, and I am almost certainly gonna try and use this at some point. I will also say that I think it’s great how much was left to the GM’s discretion re: what happens if you don’t get out in time. Great work!

The layout is outstanding. The moon centrepiece, surrounded by oracle tables, is a brilliant design that works incredibly well. The supplement is easy to read without sacrificing content, and the standout artwork and theming does a great job of generating ideas.

I love rolling on many tables at once and piecing together the results into something coherent. One nitpick would be that one table has a result where spells always succeed and another table where spells always fail. I suppose they might cancel each other out, or spells both are enhanced and cause a mishap at the same time.

Very visually and thematically striking! The way floors come together yields some very compelling combinations. I really like a floor morphing into another possibility.

Love the layout! Great balance of readability with visual appeal. You also pack a good deal of information into short, thought-provoking details.

Fantastic adventure starter and idea generator. I'll be running Ave Nox soon, and I might have to slot this in!

Nice toolkit approach to a small dungeon! Vanoc is such a cool character, I love his portrait, and I love the idea of travelling through the tower and having this guy antagonize you throughout.

Thank you!

Very cool design, I liked the different d8 tables and the range of results that come out. I can see this being really useful when there's little time to prep.

Developer

Thanks! If I can reduce prep time I consider my job well done!

Gorgeous design and layout. Random tables and timed pressure adventure for fast play and minimal prep.

Thank you! You can never have enough tables ^^

Really cool entry, had a lot of fun generating tower rooms. Found the “mork borg” style layout a little difficult to use but it added a lot to the visuals of the work. While evocative some of the entries would benefit from more support. Great work.

Developer

Thank you so much! This was my first try at this kind of style, and there is definitely a learning curve to the layout whilst retaining legibility.

This is such a great concept. I could honestly see throwing this in my current campaign almost in the vain of an Atlantis, but where the tower can be accessed on a monthly basis.

Developer

Thank you! I'd love for this to live on as a mysterious recurring location in other people's worlds.

Very cool concept.  I like that it's full of tables which gives it a ssense of excitement figuring out what is on each level.

I had a hard time following the layout.  Maybe it's the font and the color switch.  I'd suggest adding an accessible B/W version for easier readability.

I could see myself running it. Good job!

It was definitely a deliberate choice to play into the pulpy feel, which unfortunately came at the cost of legibility. I'm not against adding a stripped down black and white version for easier viewing when I find the time. Thanks for the suggestion!

Adore the color/layout choices here. Also this concept it sick, only having a set number of hours to explore?? Tower can always change so even if they find it again it might be totally different? Super fun. Also love the Vanoc art at the end, he's p cool

Developer

Glad you liked it. Wanted to do something with random generation and am happy with what I landed on.

Sweet layout!!!!

Developer

Thank you! I recently got all issues of Knock! from The Merry Mushmen, and felt very inspired to try out a more expressive layout for the first time.
