Amazing idea for a game, super interesting to play! Visuals were great and the audio design worked really well! Though I did find myself spending too much time staring at the top of the screen to see what button I needed to press next, rather than at the whole game screen; maybe moving the location of the arrows could have worked better (also plague rat OP plz nerf). Overall, excellent stuff!

Crazy concept, very creative! I especially love the visual aesthetics, it’s incredibly fitting, and those beautiful shades of red, very well done :D

Very good! Actually makes you feel like you’re making a heart beat.

Unique concept! I loved the artwork done and was it fun to play but I think enemies would stop spawning from time to time. I really enjoyed playing it though :)

Very cool take on a looping survivors-like game. Maybe the abilities should not be tied to being in the zone in order to activate with the key presses due to the limitations, but I really enjoyed the game overall! The art was awesome as well.

I loved it, one of the games I'd love to see be turned into a full fledged game!

Thank you! We’ll see, maybe we will do that!

I loved it! Very original idea. It was hard to focus on both the arrows and the enemis but it was a challenging, fun, and smooth experience.

Really interesting remix of the bullet heaven formula. Though I was a bit unsure why after dying and resetting the enemies seemed to stop?

Loved the art and atmosphere and it feels like you have a really solid base to build on!

Very clever idea and solid execution. I think my only critique is that the levels should be shorter/more compact. But otherwise a very cool experience. Thanks for submitting to the stream! Full gameplay here.

Love love love the artwork on the title screen!!!

Very cool concept with the heart beating mechanic. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any enemies or new places for me to go, so I wasn't sure what to do other than walking around and pumping my heart. Although, I did see some inaccessible areas, so it seems maybe there was more to the game that I wasn't able to experience

I would suggest some more on-screen pointers early on, unless this was just an unfortunate bug!

Very solid concept and I would look forward to you exploring this further

Developer

Thank you! yeah this was a bug we missed where you have to complete the tutorial area first for enemies to spawn haha woops
