Fun, polished and inventive - the per-lap upgrade system was a really cool concept, and speccing the car as you go felt great. The difficulty is balanced just right, taking me up until the last couple of laps to get into first place keeping the tension high, but with the ability to overlap the lower positions meaning you still get the fun of trying to overtake whilst trying to catch up.

Very good racing game! Great controls, good retro feeling. Cool upgrade system. Nothing to complain about really, other than it would have been nice with more tracks.

Got my 1st, great job polishing controls and even drifting! I also really liked choosing powerups on straight introduced them, gave enough time to choose and didn't ruin pacing!

Very simple very enjoying. Drifting around the corners visually and musically felt good. The power-Ups felt unsignificant and were not readable but I played till the end. Good one!

A very fun little racing game. The power ups when you complete a lap (loop) was a fun idea. When I had to pick between landmines and glue I kinda expected that I would be able to use those myself instead of them appearing on the track.

Great idea! quite mesmerising, controlled very smoothly and I liked the idea of changing the feel each lap!

Good job, Robert submitting this game. We were thinking about an arcade racer, too, but I was concerned we wouldn't manage to include good physics. You manged just that. I enjoyed every single of the 20 laps! The feel and the sounds are perfect

The upgrades are great and lots of fun, although "accelerate" does not seem to be very usefull.

Was taken by surprise by the great sound and controls, although I was a bit frustrated since I was stuck behind the green kart for literally 12 laps, crashing should NOT be as punishing for the person in front as it is

Probably a bit too hard for the game to last so many laps, the upgrade names not really giving any idea to what they do until you first get them, and maybe a bit of an unoriginal use of the theme, but nonetheless I had fun enough to play for a little while.

Nice game. Played through twice and still didn't manage to win; 5th then 2nd! I would have liked to see some more variety on items/obstacles affecting the track and other racers as the AI seemed to always avoid the glue and landmines so they were only detrimental to me.  Also felt the grass slowed the car down a bit too much. Finally, my standard issue with a lot of racing games, I never needed to modulate my speed so just held the accelerate button down non-stop meaning my only actual player inputs were left and right. For this game that might be a track design issue as there are no corners/sections/obstacles tight enough that I need to slow down.

that was a long race, I finished 3rd. I won't play it again but it's been a funny experience. Great music and sounds.

Like the feeling an handling of the game. Could be some more items, at least for 20 laps.
