How does your game fit the theme?
There are angry loop creatures who are trying to prevent you from completing a loop. If you succeed in completing the loop then you can do it again. every time you do a loop it will increase the difficulty.

(Optional) What would you like to be called if GMTK features your game?

I loved your interpretation of the theme

was very fun platforming rarity to see that in 3d games but you made work in 4 days that's very impressive and i love the loop design!

thanks! I am glad you liked it. (:

I wasn't very good at it since I'm not used to this style of movement, so I died in the platforming section. I also got stuck in walls when trying to save myself. I'm not sure about the mechanic where you have to give up to save your highscore, maybe a more seamless transition between loops would have been better.

The monsters were pretty funny looking and in theme. And the loop projectile reminded of the blue shells from Mario Kart.

I think it was a decent idea, especially the idea of enemies staying around for the next loop if you don't kill them which links the loops a bit more.

Thanks for the feedback. I wanted to make it so you wouldn't stick to walls but ran out of time ): also, in hindsight a more seamless transition would have been better.

Fun and silly idea, having a more quake-style movement where you can really add speed the better you get could be fun, as well as a timer for loops. But hey, i made a speedrunning game so im a bad influence lol. great work

Thanks so much!
