How does your game fit the theme?
Our game fits the theme of "Loop" by presenting a classic roguelike looping structure, and, by presenting the player an opportunity to play against themselves, plays with the conventions of a standard roguelike

Hey! Finally got around to your game after you submitted it on stream! -
I love the idea of this, however the "And you" loop mechanic kinda creates the only threat in the level for a while, and one that can be easily defeated by making your clone just kinda sit there and alternate each round where you sit. I love that they get your upgrades to dynamically make the game harder - however I wish some of them were more impactful - the +1 bullet I loved, but the spread was so thin that it wasn't that impactful when it came to changing the game play loop on both attacking and defending!More upgrades that drastically force a new play style or mindset I should would have been very welcome
An otherwise great game tho! you guys should be proud :D
[Level 13, 34388 score, I'm not good at bullet hells haha]
Really cool game ! I would 100% play this as a mobile game, it's especially great as a bullet hell on later levels !
Nice work! Really well polished and satisfying roguelike game play
Nice job, very challenging game, can't wait to play the full version!
Thanks for submitting your game for my stream! This was great fun, and the music was spot on.
I always knew I was my own worst enemy.

ROLF PARTY ROLF PARTY
Very interesting use of the previous loops. I was wondering what the "AND YOU" meant for a while, but then I got it and I was really impressed.
I wanted to make a similar game too, but I could not implement it, you have done it wonderfully.
I liked the game upgrades are meaningful well executed very polished maybe better movement is the only thing to add but that also adds to the challenge and the charm so maybe it was an intentional choice :D or maybe I just suck haha, another person wrote following the cursor that is actually an interesting idea for this maybe. But again well done!

Love this game a ton, loved the gameplay, picking an upgrade after each round and just feeling stronger as the rounds went on and as I got more upgrades, highly underrated gem for sure!
thank you so much!! glad you enjoyed it <3
I'm a massive bullet hell fan, so this was very fun to play. The graphics, audio, and mechanics all work together really cohesively to create a really polished retro-feeling game, and I this kept me entertained for ageeees, which I think is a huge complement when it comes to jam games. I have a very small nitpick in that I think the player invincibility time is a little overly generous -- I definitely got through some hits scotch free when I really feel like I shouldn't have -- but honestly that might have more to do with the fact I play a lot of bullet hells rather than any issues with game balance itself haha. Really fun and well-executed game, you guys should be proud (:!
Cool idea!
Maybe some alternative controls might be nice, such as following the cursor.
I loved this, fantastic execution on an amazing concept.
My only piece of feedback is that when the level starts, you should wait for the first piece of input from the player before the enemies actually begin shooting. So it loads the level, and everything is paused until the player moves, or shoots, and then everything starts.
A Galaga bullet hell - fun! A also the art style reminds me to that classic. Very nice take to copy yourself as enemy.
I enjoyed playing it! That is the best compliment a game can get.
Please, rate also my teammate's first solo project "Eversands": /jam/gmtk-2025/rate/3781063
Amazing - extremely well developed and designed. Well done!
I killed myself, god i'm annoying :D
Great premise, at first i thought it would just be the upgrades mirrored, but the movement too ? Very cool
Sometimes the bullets collision felt a bit wonky (at my advantage)
Polish, art and sound are on point !
Congrats, great game
Very cool premise, which solves a problem of old shmups where there's a fire button but you never have any reason to let it go.
Two things I would've liked to see are being able to start on later loops instead of having to start over from loop 1, and more mutation on the enemy copy, so that it can require more strategies than just being economical with your shots.
Art and sound design are wonderful, I thought the player was a puppy instead of a bunny at first.
I've always known, I am my own biggest enemy ...
I am the greatest boss fight of all time!
-finally a worthy opponent
10/10
WOW! Holy crap, that was incredible! Super fun mechanics, had me in the edge of my seat the entire time. The soundtrack is also phenomenal, I love how you guys had adaptive music going for the game too. Would play again for sure <3
Thank you thank you!!! Glad you had a good time with it :>
Very fun! The powerups, that effect both you and your enemy, help keep the gameplay feeling fresh and not stale. I did find myself losing sight of the player character when it went behind the UI. But all things consider this is an amazing game, would love to see what else you can do with it.
We're glad you found it fun, and thank you for the feedback! :D
