What a fun, groovy game! I enjoyed smartly maneuvering the enemies a lot, but sometimes it felt like my movement was far too strong, and I was able to evade the enemies without using any of the dance moves. If this is not the intended experience, I might suggest having the enemy AI predict where you will move and attempt to block you instead of trailing you, which can be straightforward to evade with good understanding of follow mechanics. On the whole though, I had a great time listening to the music and moving to the beat!

It is an honor to be recognized in light of our previous works, and to know that we lived up to those expectations is incredibly gratifying to hear. Thank you for your praises, and I hope you enjoyed!

niko pfp spotted!

Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed getting to the smaller and smaller balls!

Very fun game! Got through 7 iterations and then wasn't able to kill the ID guy even though I had the sickle equipped. Odd bug, but on the whole I had a lot of fun instantly knowing who to kill off of the color and the speed.

You guys were right, this is a lot more intensive than my game hahaha. I had a great time finding the optimal windows to multitask and learning them on the fly. Separately, I can't imagine the number of minigames you guys had to put together in the short time of the jam, crazy stuff. We tried doing three "games within a game" for Bryzt Goes Home two years ago and that was already too much haha. It was great to catch you guys on stream, and thanks for playing my game. Great work here!

Thank you so much! As the person who composed the music, it means a lot to hear praise from another pianist! I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

Wow that is crazy. Great work!

Very cool game! Loved maneuvering around to get some nice shots in. The plane controls felt nice and smooth, and the effects you had as I were taking damage were immersive. Great stuff!

Very cool game, but especially well-designed puzzles. Had a great time racking my brain about all the countdown timers. Hope you can try out my game too!

Very cool game, and was about to be very satisfying too, but I think I hit the bug that everyone else is talking about. Still very nice concept and execution. I personally felt that the tutorial was a bit too long for a game jam game and held me stuck listening to lines for a bit too long, but on the whole, great game!

Very cool game! Always fun to do some tile memorization puzzles. Great stuff!

Incredibly unique concept! It felt a bit weighted towards whoever moves last, but on the whole I had a great time with the game and was very interested in the strategy I was applying to each move. Hope you can check out my game too!

Solid concept and very creative! I felt like I could spam low velocity bacteria into any food and I could infinitely increase the timers, but overall I had a fun time doing bacteria micromanagement. Great game!

Very cool game! How were you able to make a whole mahjong simulation in such short time though? Very impressive!

Thank you so much for playing! You are probably one of the most observant player's we have, and you're right the hitbox is generous so that if any part of the ball glances the region, it will count as being in, and if a ball of the requested type is in the zone, we increase the friction to help the player out a little bit.

That instance where you intentionally shot one floof into another and it bounced was likely because of the immunity it has coming out of a cut -- you had the right intuition, but we added that safeguard to protect against a different interaction that might harm less skilled players, and as a consequence hurt your ability to do something really cool. Otherwise, I'm glad you enjoyed the concept and appreciated all the little things we did!

Very cool game! It was interesting when I had to keep shifting the gear up and down to be able to hit the jumps.

I aim is way too trash for this kind of game but I had a great time nonetheless! It was cool memorizing positions of the enemies and chaining them into a good execution sequence. Was there any reason why you selected the number 17 for the bullet count? Anyways, cool game, and I hope you can try out mine too!

Loved how you used the concept to turn the tower defense genre on its head. I hope that this game makes you more money than how much money I made in this game.

Very cool game! I love the concept and the puzzles you built. I wish that the game kept parameters between resets. Additionally, the right click + move mouse was an uncomfortable control scheme (as moving the mouse also controls the trajectory when using left click so it just feels a little off). Otherwise, I really enjoyed the physical nature of the shots, the chill vibe, and the satisfaction of completing a puzzle. Great work!

Very cool game. Stressful, but one of the best uses of the theme in the jam that I've seen. It was hard to remember what each timer did , but in the end I had a lot of fun getting good perfects. Great game, and I hope you can check out my game too!

Thanks for playing! Those were definitely our inspirations as we were making the game!

Thanks for playing!

Honestly found it very challenging haha because I didn't know what was a translation and what would rotate other parts of the body. I definitely shared your feelings about photos growing up, too. Overall great game, and I loved the visual effects that sold the feeling. Great game!

Very interesting game! I felt like my attacks weren't very strategic, so I wonder if there could be more blocks on the enemy side to make this more strategic. Otherwise, super cool game!

(1 edit)

What flight is this? Vancouver - Beijing? I bet I could PB if the plane could go the other direction. Amazing game.

Interesting game and concept! I think I might have actually preferred if the game didn't have the track hazards so that I would be able to keep getting better and better at racing each lap. Overall had a fun time as I took some really satisfying corners through the laps. Great game, and hope you check out mine too!

Cool game! It's a lot of fun to do targeted orbital bombardment, and I could see your interpretation of the countdown. Hope you can check out my game too!

Interesting game, quite challenging too! A very unique visual style that paired well with the music. Good stuff!

Very cool and satisfying game! It was fun when everything was working well and I was continuously getting a lot of money back with each push. I did feel like I wasn't really making much decisions between the doors since I didn't understand what was beyond them or how to control which door I wanted to go to if the board was already in a way that one door would be more likely than the other. On the whole though, great game!

Really fun game! I barely made quota as I bought so many upgrades haha, but it was a lot of fun going for crazy dives and having to haul my 400 gold all the way back up. Loved the paper mario-esque animation of the character, and the sounds were great too. Great game!

Loved the wario ware like game. The vibes were amazing and the minigames were great. Some of the "knowing exactly what to do" was a bit challenging at first, but once I understood things it was a lot of fun!

Cool game! It reminds me a lot of that cake minigame from the new Rhythm Heaven. I liked watching as the snails slid ten paces for the duel.

Very cool concept and interaction between your inspirations! I love the way it looks and all the visual effects you put into the style. Great game!

Very creative concept! Great game! It was a bit frustrating that the frequent trajectory for the flippers would send the meatball into a wall and straight back down into the hole. I think this is why most pinball machines have an open area in the center that would direct the ball towards a zone for the ball to get stuck in. Additionally, a majority of the game here was just waiting as the initial area the ball gets stuck in is incredibly dense. Nonetheless, a very creative idea and great execution, especially on the visuals, sound, and feel.

Interesting game! A little difficult, but an interesting take on the jam theme! The previewing of the enemy movement you had worked well in conveying what was going to happen on the next turn.

Interesting game and concept! The sounds design was very satisfying and made the honey collection a lot more enjoyable. Great game~

Great suggestions, and thanks for playing our game!

Very cool concept! Loved the chill vibes and the combination of timings between the steak and the vegetables. I can see a lot of effort went into making this a polished experience, and it really elevates the game. Hope you can check out my game too!

Love the concept! I agree with a lot of the other commenters that there wasn't enough time to build the ship I wanted to build. Otherwise it was a very interesting experience. Hope you can check out my game too!

Thank you so much for playing! I really appreciate that you said it never felt frustrating and that the floofs always went where you wanted them too -- that was a major design challenge that we had been working on and still have room for improvement on.

As the title screen shows a paw holding a knife to cut the floofs, yes we are also a cat, so your headcanon is correct!
