A very interesting take on the theme, it was surprisingly fun to try and match the rules for a few cases.
Minor issue: I found it a bit hard to navigate around the level (I didn't realise you needed to select one rule from each book for some reason), and jumping back to the home screen was a bit odd.
yea a tutorial and a better transition would've helped a lot. It was my first game jam so it was a great fun and educational experience for me and I will definitly try in more details next time!
The menu design look nice. I was expecting it to be harder, but it was simple enough. Maybe you could have had a correct streak instead of resetting to the main menu every time?

It's very weird that you have to go to main menu and press play to get another case. It's fun and creative, however lacks stakes, which in my opinion is very important for "papers please-likes".
Yea, lost a lot of time at the start so only got the base mechanic done. Would love to add more of a campaign instead of randomised cases. There is the 3 lives stakes, but ofcourse nothing special.

This is a really creative idea! I would love to see a fleshed out game about this, but sadly I just got the same 2 cases all over and over again. This truly has a lot of potential for a very fun game!

What a cute idea, it was really fun to read through the cases! Also, the cases were super creative - when I found a loophole (or didn't because I'm tired and too dumb right now lol) I was curious about the next client and the accusation :D

When the jam is over I have some more cases lined up, because I forgot to add some to the game files when uploading.
I would be really interested to see more complex loopholes and puzzles to solve with this kind of narrative.
Yes I was a bit sad I didn't have the time for more loopholes, but I'll gladly add to it if people show some interest! Was already thinking about some extra featurs to add to it aswell to create more diverse puzzles each time.
