That's some very solid UI work here! Which is so important for a clicker game.

This looks fine and the train sounds became quite enjoyable for a while, there is definitely a sweet spot during the game where progressing feels very good.

I went to space! This game is VERY impressive. The UI is particularly good-looking, and the incremental addition of game mechanics felt very well-paced.

Reached space in 10 minutes and 53 seconds. If minimalism and great UI were pillars of a game, it would be this. GG!

I hope to see this one high in the rankings, it was music to my ears

Glad you enjoyed my game!

Didn’t realize I was making a beat but here we are. Super cool presentation!!

I'm probably not the target for this definitely but I feel this is pretty uninspired, a bit boring, and feels like a recycled idea that one could push into the jam. I don't see the fun in just clicking a button and that's it. The fact it was published the moment the inscription was open makes me actually think it was, as I said, a recycled idea. I don't understand the popularity or the good reviews. I've seen a lot of creativity here. This is not it.

Ouch! Thanks for the honesty I guess.
While the core idea "clicker game" might be something mundane. I tired to still put my own spin on it.
Yeah the core of the game was built early in the jam. But I was still expanding on it with some upgrades until Sunday.

Really nice game, I loved the ASCII style, it felt like I was playing really old-school game. GREAT WORK!

Interesting take on an idle game progression. Going for the ascii art aesthetic was a good choice here.

Incredible clicker trimmed of absolutely all fat. Spent way too long playing it. Elegant af.

Your game is a really nice adapation of the clicker genre! Loved the twist with the research lab! Well done!

Love a good clicker game - reminded me of Universal Paperclips. Great use of the theme.

very good idle game, loved it

Great incremental game, love the UI/UX and the way the systems expand. Really good job.

Buttons remind me of Antimatter Dimensions.

Really fun. Great little incremental. With these types of games you always end up wondering where the time went! I really like the "unfolding" aspect, where you unlock new screens/systems/upgrades. Wish the graphics on the sides had more impact on gameplay, though. But I suppose you just added it to add to the narrative. Which is cool too!

I don't know how managed to upload your first version 3 days before the deadline. We were only just barely done conceptualizing!

/r/incremental_games would love to see this if you haven't posted it there yet!

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it!

I don't know what I did but I certainly did it for 20minutes.

This game was a ton of fun to play. perfect example of a excellent "time waster" game
