The shrinking circle effect is cool but felt odd as the game progressed. Still, the core idea’s solid and it’d be fun to see it get spiced up a bit. it starts super slow, which made the early rounds feel kinda stiff, and after a while it got repetitive

i got desperate and kept randomizing instead, idk if its a bug or i wasnt patient enough but after the first arrow key turns green none of the rest did? did i have to wait for the loop to go all the way around while not clicking anything?

It is fun that you can randomize the inputs, but I would like it more if it were new inputs each round, because it got repetitive after a few rounds. Also it starts super slow, which actually made the beginning kind of difficult ^^.
I like to see other takes on a loop rhythm game though, because we also developed a rhythm game, but with platformer crossover. :)

The game starts too slow! The idea is simple and it is a very positive thing, but it is purely a reactive game and not even a rhythm game.

Maybe there could be a chance for an arrow to change to a different direction, or maybe a an arrow could 'catch on fire' so you have to NOT press that arrow on that loop. These two things would already make the game more interesting.

Congrats on the project!

Nice idea, I just wish it started (or sped up) faster because all the times I lost was for pressing the button to early :)

I think you've got a good idea going here, especially for a fairly simple and straightforward game. The game definitely does start out very slow for a while, and it is a little odd seeing the circle shrink as the game goes forward. I also think the game can be a little repetitive - I know the theme is "loop," but I think something to change up the order of what keys you have to press would have been interesting. Keep up the good work!

Pretty good idea! Challenging and interesting. Here is some constructive feedback:

  • It starts off a bit too slow, which makes it demotivating to replay once you lose
  • It's kind of disorienting to have the circle shrink when you make a loop. It might help if you ease the shrinking process with a smooth animation between the two sizes.
  • Of course, a rhythm game would be improved with some music or a beat to match your rhythm to! It would also be fun to hear the music speed up.

Simple and intresting idea. Good game. :)

Hey, nice job on the game, it would be cool to get more sound effects in the game to create a little tarzan campsite style song going

Definitely takes until loop 3 / 4 to feel challenging-- this was a nice little interpretation of the loop theme and brought back some great DDR memories. Well done!

Cool game

starts a lil slow but feels good after 3rd loop

Hey, we had very similar ideas. :)

cool idea and clean ui. But it starts waaaay too slow.

This is good, but the click sound effects threw me off when some had two clicks and others had one. Definitely starts too slow.

Would be really fun with some music and more satisfying feedback when you hit one on time.

Good idea and a very clean UI!

Pretty satisfying once you get going. Wished it wouldn't start back at 0 after missing one though. It felt like it took forever for me to get back up to a fun speed again

That was quite creative and relatively satisfying, but it starts off a bit too slow
