Very chill game, though a bit hectic in getting everyone what they want. Also really appreciate how simple it is presented, it was really easy to get into and enjoy.

I don't quite understand what the R/Trash can was for?

Music was very nice as well, and fit the chill atmosphere well ^^

Developer

Thank you for playing! Glad the game, music and atmosphere gave you a chill vibe. Whilst hectic moments are intended, I will definitely have a look at working on the games pacing. The trash can allows you to discard the drink you are holding. I'll look into how this can be tutorialised better.

A game called space bar but you don't have to use your space bar? :O I would love to be able to buy upgrades or maybe get progressively more different drinks as the days go on :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing! What if I was to tell you the bar was in space! Then again, I could have mapped the recycle button to space, something to consider. Definitely plan on adding upgrades and additional machine purchases.

I had so much fun giving the aliens what they wanted! Nice simple and relaxing game.

Interesting game. It's a little repetitive, but I liked the base loop of feeding the aliens their wanted drinks well enough.

Developer

Thank you for playing! Understandable, there was supposed to be a upgrade system where you were able to buy more machines to switch things up a bit. Happy you enjoyed the loop regardless.

Love the vibe. Difficulty doesn't seem to scale much, but its fun regardless.

Developer

Thank you for playing! As of right now there are two difficulty parameters, patience, and spawn_time. They increment when the days pass. Found the balancing process to be quite difficult because of the limited time. Shows how important playtesting can be. Will definitely look into making difficulty progression more efficient.

Nice game! I like the choice of both music and sound effects. They really contribute to the atmosphere. To further improve the atmosphere, I would consider using a palette for the art. The game's idea is unique though. I would say that this game has a lot of potential. Good job!

Developer

Thank you for playing! Had a lot of fun playing with the music and sounds. I'll look into making the art style more consistent, definitely one of my weak points. Glad you had fun!

I thought this game was nice and cozy. If by chance you are contemplating what you want to add to give the gameplay more depth (I saw in your description that you plan to update this), I would recommend looking at some gameplay of Touhou Mystia's Izakaya. I feel that game is also in the same vein as yours.

Developer (1 edit)

Thank you for playing! I have a few things in mind already, but I will give Touhou Mystia's Izakaya a look to see if I can add to the list.
