Love racing games! managed to get decent place by cutting corners on the loop :D I also had trouble making it work, it worked only when I started 8th, maybe some wrong collsions?
The spawning at the start is abit buggy. If the bots and the player spawn in the same position it might bug out the physics, that might explain what you experienced.
