How does your game fit the theme?
I wanted to explore and combine the two concepts of "music loops" and "time loops": the player lays down beats in short segments, then the player's actions are looped in order to make more complex music and layered interactions. (You can also draw a bunch of loops, if you want!) The game starts with a flat surface, but I realized a spherical surface also has interesting "looping" properties, e.g. you can loop across its circumference.

This one is so cool. I don't really know what to add, but there is definitely something that could be added to make it a really amazing game, not that it's not already, specially for a game jam entry. Really liked it well done

Really cool! The aesthetic alone is awesome but with the music its superb.

Super cool idea, love the aesthetics. Super cool retro neon vibes.

Please consider playing my game and rating it :)

Totally in the Zone. Totally in Flow. Totally crazy. Totally in the sound and visuals. This is a trip.

GREAT!

First I approached it like: let's hit the beat with each note, and create something. But it did not work. I still don't know how it works.

Do I need to hit the note and move over it and ... I don't understand.

But completely independent of that. I just hammered the keys and moved the mouse and went up to Level 8, where I got stuck ... wrong word. I thing I was there for a few minutes just in there. Not thinking.

You created something special.

Just for a full game I would need to feel more control. And the movement of the mouse did not feel necessary. But that's for the big game you make. Are you?

Love the music in this so much! great idea for the theme too!

If you dont mind, please consider rating my game as well :)

This needs to be made into a synthesizer plugin for DAWs. This is what I  imagine goes on in the head of Aphex Twin.

This game deserves waaay more attention. Felt like an incremental game but with more interactions. I loved the art and the music!! Congrats!!

Amazing feedback loops, hahah. Took a little while to understand, but dang did those visuals kept me wanting to figure it out eventually lol. It does get busy though, so a more obvious hit indication somehow would've helped. But enjoyed my time with it!

The game name basically compels me to leave feedback right? XD

No but really very fun and very bright and colorful nice work!

Visuals are stunning and a nice interpretation of the theme, I loved it, great job overall!

Really cool idea and nice visuals.  I couldn't hear the sounds very well, but I think that was due to trying to play in a busy environment.  I'll have to try it again from a quieter location.

The beat detection is slightly off (at least it felt like it), but when you actually get a working groove this game sounds absolutely incredible, loveeeeeeeeee it

Impressive visual effects, the game feels amazing, the main concept is great, but if metronome would be centered on the screen (so I could see all these vfx at the same time) or somehow I would exactly know when I hit the beat or not, I think that would be nice.

Wow, we both had the idea of looping music, but we executed it very differently! The visuals and sounds are really polished and juicy here. It's kind of tricky to progress at some points because the number on the left keeps resetting; I think you get more points for following the beat,  although it's sometimes hard to do that with only the visual at the bottom to go on. I love the dreamy, sandboxy atmosphere and aesthetic, and the polish is very impressive for a game made in 4 days. Great work!

Really cool art and sound! Loved the shaders and whatnot. It kinda made me dizzy/naseous but it was really really cool. The direction reminds me of some 2000s games like Rez. The most creative game I've played from the jam, that's for sure

The music is very cool! It reminds me of a certain era of puzzle games with reactive music (Lumines, Meteos, etc.)

I did play a quick round of Lumines the day before the jam, so it's possible I subconsciously wanted to make a rhythm game because of it...!

Genuinely just wow, it is a crime that this game doesn't have 10k reviews this is amazing. I feel like I'm messing around with a new teenage engineering instrument its so fun. Getting to the higher levels and playing my keyboard like a . . . keyboard is so fun, genuinely no notes i just wish there was more. Absolutely spectacular work i really hope you win.

Thank you very much for the kind words! It's a great feeling every time someone plays my games and it just clicks.
