Such a great twist on a classical game! Executed really well: the retro-style art and sounds are on point. Gives an interesting choice to the user: finish the levels faster or maximize the score. The longer you go, the riskier it is, so it's up to you to pull the plug and make the loop.

Great job!

What a fun arcade-style Ouroboros game! I especially liked how you were rewarded for taking risks and making bigger loops since it gave you the most stars and points, really creative aspect there! This really does feel like a game you could find at an arcade, and a good one at that! Great submission!

Really fun arcade game !

Interesting take on the ouroboroslike genre, I loved that little moment when you realize you get more points for making a larger loop. Also you nailed the retro vibes!

Fun take on snake! I like how you get more points for the area enclosed which gives an interesting balance of risk and reward (and the scoring animation is very satisfying). The third level is quite hard, I usually use a zero loop to skip it. The fourth level is my favourite even though it's empty, it gives you a chance to freestyle without worrying about other obstacles aside from yourself. I was curious what happens if you made a loop from a straight line by wrapping around the edges of the screen and got zero points, which makes sense. Then I made a loop around the corners of the screen and got this result:

The art is cute and clean, and I enjoyed playing. Excellent work!

Thanks so much! I’m glad you “broke the game”, it’s in the known issues list 😉 I know how to fix it but ran out of time.

So simple but so pure! How can you go wrong with a twist on Snake? Well done. A quality Ouroboroslike.
