How does your game fit the theme?
The loop is death and the return. You play as an immortal who sacrifices themselves again and again to feed a flower, hoping to reclaim lost time. Each time you die, a glowing bloom marks your passing — a platform for future attempts. Progress is only possible through repeated sacrifices. Your body becomes the path forward. It’s not only a gameplay loop but also a narrative one. The player loops through life, death, and rebirth, haunted by memory and driven by purpose. The world changes with each run, ever nudging the player forward, or backward.

The environment and narrative were quite nice. But I feel the platforming aspects really held it back. The controls were a bit floaty and sluggish, and you kept getting snagged on edges of stuff. I also think using the drowned body as a platform got a bit repetitive towards the end too. Overall, it was a fun entry to experience but some more variety and polish in gameplay would’ve really worked in its favor.
Wow. That narrative and sound design is on another level. If I had to point out some errors, it would be that the controls are a little too floaty and the level design could use some more verticality. Otherwise, phenomenal story-telling!
Thanks for the input
Really impressed by the mood and style of this one! Soundscape fits very well, and the sprite work is very good! I agree that the loops feel a little slow, I might have liked if the player could respawn directly above each death-flower so that more time can be spent soaking in the vibes and less walking back to the death-point. Great work!
The vibe and energy of this game is insane, its a shame the movement and gameplay is pretty rough around the edges but the vibes, narrative and audio theme is immaculate, if not a little repetitive at the end
What a striking image to pull me in and then you kept it all up with the terrifying vibes. Great job, on the atmosphere and story of this tiny masterpiece, will come back to play again when the moods hit.
I cried. I felt emotions. Genuinely hauntingly beautiful. Thank you for this beautiful piece of art. I... wasn't expecting to feel this complex knot of emotions tonight but I'm glad I did. Ugly cried. I don't know, something about the way it was presented really got to me in a good way.
Thank you. Glad to know that my tangled jumbled piece of something can bring some meaning to someone out there
You've managed to carve out such a well-defined feel for this project. The colour palette, pacing, and audioscape work perfectly with the game's tone. It got a little repetitive going back and forth in some levels (like the stairs bit) but I get the message you were trying to tie this to. Overall it's very cool, good job!
Thank you :D
Beautiful graphics and animations. For sure the highlight of the game. I must agree with the other commenters that the platforming got a little tedious, but I still enjoyed the experience. Also I found one secret cat.
Yet another "play the same level with something different happening" specifically platformer take on the "LOOP" theme. It just becomes sickening.
Otherwise actually a great experience, stunning visuals and story telling and trippy sounds which really tickles my fancy.
The platforming did not feel really great in itself neither.
Good stuff, but really a bit out of the topic. Hopefully better luck next time.
I love the poesy and the deepness this game conveys, but the platforming feels a little slow and janky, and the levels are lacking creativity. I'm sad to say I didn't get to complete it, those two levels that have no puzzles and is just you falling to your death/creating platforms to get closer to the tree are not fun to play, and those are the levels that repeat 3 times (or more, that's where I stopped). However, I absolutely loved the atmosphere, and it's such an interesting take on the "use your dead bodies to progress" idea! Keep working on this after the jam, it deserves it
Approved.
Played on stream! Thanks for sharing. Lovely audio and mood.
love the vibe of the game, the artwork was nice as well, the girl's singing was great too!!
The gameplay is a bit repetitive because of the lack of puzzles, but I pushed through. Best atmosphere I've seen so far.
Not a game to play late at night-- the jarring camera angles upon death; the haunting whispering, and the vibe were very spooky. I appreciated that the platforming was solved by "looping" upon death-- each level was pretty approachable. Well done!
Love the art style, audio, narration, vibe, atmosphere, etc. so much. Very polished presentation overall.
When I hold arrow keys, the character stays there barely touching the wall (see image below). Is it intended? In the first level, I can pass through the first bush but not the second one. It makes me confused.

Thanks for playing :D, About the things you notice:
1. Wall sticking is not intended, one of the thing will need to be fixed after the rating period. I did manage to alleviate it but not a lot
2. Some flower bushes have pretty wonky collider so that's why.
"Judgement and fur, only essential"
"The flesh seeks, but here only feline"
A+ atmosphere. The lighting, minimalist ambiance, and color palette transported me to this strange forest. This is the first jam game I've played with its own song! Is that you whistling?
I was disappointed when I realized there was no limit to the amount of splash platforms I could make, so it felt more like an exercise in patience than a puzzle-platformer. In a future build you may want to turn down the frequency of the song's occurrence because of its length. Very mysterious the first couple of times, but after 6 or 7 the familiarity was getting to me.
I'd love to play a future game in the same setting!
Thanks for your feedback. I can see what you mean with lots of points. Sound and the last 2(?) levels were done like 6h before the deadline so there are lots to calibrate there.
Love the vibes and narrative, the gameplay isn't the most engaging but this is super creative! Good Job, check out y game if you can :D
At first, I thought I was in a flower worshipping cult. As I went on, I was left with more questions than answers for what was even happening! The atmosphere, art, and story is incredible. I plan on replaying it, my game crashed in between a level :(
Really cool and creepy game... also Kitty!
