You can right-click on the worker and then on the task to command them to fix it. Some tasks require the worker to have a tool or a component, which the icon on top of the task shows what is needed. We wanted to do a tutorial at the start of the game to show players how to play but since we didn't have time we just made a How to Play instruction in the main menu.
The game is in an unplayable state right now, but we're planning to continue to work on it and publish a finished version after the jam ends.
