So... what's the loop here?
The player is caught in a continuous cycle of eating healthy food to grow and avoiding unhealthy food , this cycle is repeated infinitely, as the food items keep spawning, creating a constant and ongoing "loop" of decision-making and action for the player.

The game is okay. I have an idea for you make some sprites for when you move the fat man left to right like you are holding him and his limbs are dangling opposite to the direction you are going, this would look really silly. Anyway keep up the good work!
This was so much fun. I got to level 17. Not a huge fan of the loop interpretation but overall a solid entry. nicely done
