Kinda ran out of time for that and our implementation had a big bug in game controller, so scrambled to get something out 😭, thanks for playing and glad you liked the theme implementation.Kinda wanted to go with retro 2d game that is the most closest to that time. Also are gonna finish up the game after the jam.

Thanks for the feedback, we made game where you are a student and addicted to drinking energy drinks so you get thirsty fast so find that before your throat runs dry. that’s it and Wasd to move as well as E to interact.

I like the game concept; it really takes me back to my elementary and middle school days. The gameplay could use a bit more work, especially in terms of game feel and interactivity. Overall, nice work!
Yup lacked RP stuff at start for sure to set the stuff up, but am thinking will complete this one for sure.
We kinda also wanted to add a water bar but..... we got short on our time......

Yup, Thanks That was what kinda we were going for but it was our first GMTK, and lacked proper planning a bit but wanna for sure complete it and make YTB Video on the experiance, our selling point was nostalgia of Teachers not letting us to drink water some times or washroom and Then you know, You kinda Loop in thirst.
I was also kinda confused. I saw something say that I collected the water but it didn't refill my thirst or anything. Also quick note that if you press space at any time the game softlocks with a "Thanks for playing" message.
The whole loop was to get water, so inorder to get atleast some win condition just added some stuff like that. After that you are supposed to move onto next level but thanks for the feedback.
I was a bit confused on what to do. I read the description and tried to find the water but even when I found a couple it didn't seem like I could do anything with it. Maybe I had to collect 3 or more but I couldn't see that. Cool art and design!
