Rate for a brother in misfortune with a low number
To be honest I didn't understand anything, I got an artifact after the fight with flowers and saw "end of demo", and then the game started to behave strangely (not that it was great before). Anyway, at some point I started to enjoy teleports between screens (please tell me that was intended)
Hi, thanks for playing! Yes, the teleportation was intentional. It was my first experience in game jam, and I kinda forgot about its existence until I saw the notification in discord server. I didn't prepare at all, and spent half of the last day making the hitboxes and level system (hence why are they're strange).
a few bugs and the whole time travel mechanic was confusing at first but thats par for the course in a game jam! i loved how novel the idea was and i think it was well executed in general, especially in terms of world building and art style. very good game!
if you have time, id really appreciate it if you could give me some feedback on my game (/jam/gmtk-2025/rate/3780834) - its my first game jam and im looking to get better!
Hi, thanks for your message! It's my first game jam too, and also I didn't prepare at all. I'll be able to check your game in two days.
I did get kind of stuck on things while walking around. I also feel like there should be a way to talk to the npcs.
But the cat design was cute!
Hi, there is a way to talk - by pressing Enter near them. Thanks for your message though!
A time traveling cat rpg. the world building & lore was cool but the combat was a bit wonky. I sometimes got stuck on air / hidden walls & it made the combat bit hard but still manageable. I think that this game has lots of potential.
Very cool experience. Cute game about a cat hero is great. The mechanics with the clock are very interesting. The controls seemed a bit confusing to me at first. Overall pretty good
This is cute! I like how you implemented the clock. I struggled to figure out the controls though (Enter to interact, for anyone else wondering <3)
