Simply adorable. I love the artstyle, the music, the whole narrative in rhymes and overall this is a pretty enjoyable game

This is great! The puzzles were really fun and the gimmicks were great. Every character felt powerful in their own way and it was fun figuring out the best ways to deal with each situation. I thoroughly enjoyed this from start to finish. Great job!

I really liked this. It felt familiar yet fresh and new at the same time. The art is super cute and the gameplay is simple enough to pick up with still leaving enough to make some tough decisions. I wish it would've told me I'd move after taking damage but the game is forgiving enough that it wasn't a learning moment that felt bad.

Great job making a game, I enjoyed it!

Really nice and fun game! I loved the art style, it's fun and cute and also cool at the same time. The mechanics were easy to understand, and the interactions and sound effects were satisfying. It was a bit tedious to count the number of spots to figure out where the long range characters can shoot, but overall this was a really great game. Nice work!

Wow love the painterly art in this game, so beautiful. Well done! Thank you for playing our game as well :)

Art was cute. I think I had problems with ranger lining up shots. Need a better visual indicator. The limitation of the ring is very interesting. Great concept!

100% agree. Thanks for all the kind words

The art was super polished; the gameplay was interesting and engaging. The markers being cleared and re-dealt was satisfying every time, even when it was after I lost. I could see this being a lot of fun outside of the game jam.

Very cute. The gameplay is very interesting. The last level was a bit hard but I eventually managed to beat it. I think that not being able to swap place between you characters is a bit too restrictive. Maybe you could allow it but make it somehow costly to do so? idk, great game anyway

I think my favourite so far, the art is charming, the idea clever. I want an squire plushie =^_^=

The art in this game is super impressive, particularly for a game jam. Very simple to understand, yet required quite a bit of strategic planning in later levels. Unfortunately I seemed to get soft-locked on the necromancer level (the necromancer turned into a pile of bones?) but still really enjoyed this game :))

Great map design that fits the theme, and the art style is super cool!

Cool small scoped strategy game. I found myself lost in a cycle where I first didn’t knew anything about :D

Great works. Espacially on the visual end

The art style is really nice and consistent. Got lost a bit at the enemy ranged attack. But still a very good one!

Super fair!

Thank you so much for the kind words

Love your art style and love the tactical gameplay! So many different types of enemies and allies too! What did you use to draw the assets, if I may ask?

Developer(+1)

I (Max) and Emil made most of the assets in Procreate on the iPad. Mostly due to convenience as we worked in my office.  Then be processed them and made the layouts in Photoshop.

Thanks for all the kind words!

I had a bit of a hard time figuring the game out at first, but once I got the hang of it, I really enjoyed it!
Overall, a very cool and well-made game, great job!

This is such a good game, the mechanics took some time to figure out but it is very fun to figure out, this is almost a boardgame that can be played irl. The artwork is so adorable. One thing I would like to have is the ability to swap your own characters, it feels a bit clustered somehow (?)

Very original, took me a few seconds to fully understand what I was doing, but once you get it, it's a nice puzzle / strategy game with nice art !

These are very unique goblin designs, I love them!
