Oh tanks for this kind comment! And thanks or playing!
Great aesthetics!
I liked how you take weapons from enemies, but I think it requires more balancing, i.e. you don't want to damage their gear, because you might need it later. It would also be nice if instead of "slot1" etc., it right away showed names of weapons. "Slot1" sounds more like an empty slot. Maybe you could leave it below the slot, if you want to highlight the numbers, but put the weapon name inside?
Overal - nice game, but unfortunately it froze after the second battle, so I'm not sure what would happen next :(
Oh no I think you had the infinite loop crash I noticed after the time limit T_T
Thanks for your comment! I think you are right on every point! The game is totally unbalanced and I don't give the good information when they are needed, which make the game unclear and/or clunky to play.
I plan to make a v2 version, so I take good note of these feedbacks! thanks!
Art-wise, this game goes hard. I love the minimalistic enemy designs and the slick UI. Treating weapons as interchangeable, specialized resources is an interesting mechanic. While that type of resource management personally does not appeal to me, I can definitely see the potential of a more fleshed out and polished version of this game. Good work!
Visuals are stunning, with highly distinct enemy designs, a gorgeous palette and a really tastefully executed minimalist aesthetic. I absolutely love the typography for the enemy names too!
Music is perfect, with an intensity to the battle themes that gives them a real sense of urgency.
I love the tradeoff with enemy weapons - I often wanted to keep certain weapons for myself, but would have to connsider if it was worth the risk of letting the enemy use it if it wasn't destroyed.
Thanks for this comment!
If you loved the tradeoff, my goal is reached! haha I think with a lot more polish and weapons that ACTUALLY work according to their description, it could be even more interesting.
Figuring out what was going on was a really cool experience. Realizing I had to think ahead to what parts I wanted to use myself immediately had me more interested! The music rules too :)
Great game !
Merci pour le commentaire!
Il y a malheureusement au moins 2 bugs bloquants qui empêchent de terminer la première loop, il y en a un que j'ai repéré quelques minutes après la limite de temps, l'autre que je n'ai toujours pas compris haha ^^'
Hey guys! Here is a list of known issues I'm aware of, sorry about that :(
- Weapons sometimes can't be used on third boss. Investigating on this
- Crash when enemy doesn't have weapon left
- The balancing is not very good and the game is hard as hell :)
Really, really cool artstyle!
