Really neat strategy card game. To improve the game I think all you need to do is add more feedback to the player. Instead of just saying an attempted conquest is a failure, explain why said conquest failed, otherwise it just feels a bit random. The writing on the card itself is unreadable, which is fine because you put the text in another place. Maybe you should have just had the text in that other place, and showed it when the player hovered over it. It's clear you put a lot of work into the research for this game, I even learned about some Viking history I had no idea about. Congrats on finishing.

Clearly a card game with a lot of content and historical research behind it, well done on that front! The complexity of the gameplay is hard to navigate with the instructions having typos, and would in general benefit from a tutorial. Do you think you will work on this game further? I would be curious to know more about how the game is meant to be played.

Thank you for the entry!

I'm struggling to find typos :(, can you elaborate? Yeah a brief How To Play video tutorial would be helpful. I made one here:

Clearly well researched, and I loved that atmospheric music. This plays like a blend of board game strategy and puzzle headspace. 28 turns might be a little long, but the ambition of catching the full swathe of an era has a lot of merit. Working out our grey cells this one.

Very cool concept!  It was a little confusing figure out but a neat strategy game overall!
